Weekend Pretties

Here are a few pretty things that I have found lately. I have them listed on ebay right now, they end on Sunday evening. I had a hard time letting the little rose print go!
I went to several sales in the past few days and found some wonderful barkcloth and other things to list! My sister and I found an unadvertised estate sale! We got to go in the house and root around in piles of stuff. OH it was fun!! We had to unpack the SUV and repack it we found so much, LOL. I will get things listed tomorrow and put some photos on here of my finds. Oh by the way, my sister did come up Friday and night and we got to "play" camper! I put my metal chairs outside the camper door, piled up the pumpkins, gourds and candles to make it look festive for fall. We had a great time, but froze in the wee morning hours, (it was sort of like sleeping in a big tin can, lol, No heat in it yet) We got up for sales before 6 and were thrilled to get in the warmth of the car. Not much sleep but it was worth it!!

I'm telling you-run a bed and breakfast. That camper is too cute. Glad you had fun shopping with your sister. And thanks for sharing your pics.

Love,
Julie

I'll bet it was just the best 24 hours ever! Sisters camping out in the cherry-mobile and thrifting together! It just sounds perfect. (I miss my sister) Hey, nunnies attic is right, a bed and breakfast would be great. Though I don't know if you could do it while having the antique mall. But if your sister helpped out...=) Blessings... Polly

Hey I know, I can just start a little fleet of vintage campers as my bed and breakfast! I will be happy to let anyone stay in my camper if you happen to stop by to see me!!

Wait a minute, can we back up for a second? Do you live behind your antique store in this DAAAAHHHHRLING camper? Because if you do---you are my new best friend! Can I put you on my sidebar? Can I come over? I have wanted a retro/vintage camper for about 5 years, now. In fact, I wrote about one...I'll have to dig it out of the archives. I will have one before I die. Please?

Hi Julie,
I live behind my antiques store in an apartment, I have a brick courtyard and behind that is my little camper. Sometime in the future the camper will have the awning and the door will open onto the courtyard! You can come on over! I am always looking for a new friend to play camper with!! Hey find that blog and send it to me or something! A camper friend! Yea!

Those are some pretty things...I found some pretty things today, too...but I'd never sell them on E-Bay, lol...I'm afraid I like to hold on to my finds or put them in the gift closet to give away to some deserving friend. Enjoyed reading your post. Hope you'll come visit me one day, although I have not a thing to sell!

Oh what fun! The unadvertised sales are the Best. Too bad we don't live closer together. We would have a grand time out treasure hunting. Miles of Smiles, Lynn
