Pink Roses......

These are the beautiful pink roses my attached man brought to me one evening for no reason. What a nice surprise to see so many! he usually brings me one occasionally. I have always said I would rather get a single rose more often than a large bunch only once a year. So this was a great surprise! So cheery in the winter.
Did anyone make it the big Barnes and Noble sale?? I love buying new books to read especially when they are 75% off the marked down price!!
I have been super busy with a lot of my winter projects so far this month. I will share some of those later on.
What does everyone do in the winter to make it pass faster? I am SO jealous of those of you that don't have to deal with the winter!!
Keep cozy!!

Check out this week's Flea Market deal~~ Shipping is FREE!

Your roses are just beautiful....I think I can smell their sweet fragrance.
Drats, I didn't know a thing about the book sale....did you find some good reads?
It's rainy today and I'm just doing a bit of stitching and crafting. Hugs, Linda

What pretty roses and such a sweet gesture.. Nope, missed the sale at B&N, oh well - I've got tons of books to keep me happy for awhile.

Have a great weekend,

The color of those roses knocked me out! Just beautiful. I have a little library of my own but there is always room for just one more book! :) Your blog is lovely. Maybe tomorrow we can drop in on B&N. Rain here..as we speak..but in California..yawn..nothing to get excited about yet. No coats yet.

The roses are gorgeous! You are one lucky girl to have such a thoughtful man! I use my time in the winter to craft, scrapbook, read and just relax. In Spring, Summer and Fall I use most of my free time gardening. It's nice to not worry about the garden and to get a break and to get refreshed and ready to go in the Spring. Thanks for stopping by to visit. Keep warm!

My days go by so fast winter or summer...... so busy with too many things...... When we closed our pool in October I was so depressed as to the fact that we had to wait so long to open it....... It is now the end of Jan and our pool will open in 3 months!!!!! Yeah !!!!

Have a crafty weekend girl

What a lovely gift; all those lush roses!
Can't wait for you to share your projects. We have winter too, but this year it seems without the visual novelty of snow. Only grey, blah.

Michelle, my winter is passing so fast I don't know whether to cry or laugh. I used to not like the winter months after Christmas at all but now I love them....using them as "slow down" months. LOL...but like I said....so so busy. Your roses are so pretty and a delight from someone special. :) Some day I want to see your apartment. The earlier post of the green cabinet...whoa!
