This Week Went FAST!

I can not believe how fast these weeks are flying by! It will be spring here soon and I am not even half way through my winter projects. Does anyone else have winter projects? I think it makes the winter go so much faster. I look at winter as a cozy nesting time. Maybe I am crazy but hey it works for me, lol.
Besides working I have had time to design a rhinestone frame from vintage jewelry, you know how I like my collage work:-) You can see it on Ebay here. It is so sparkling in pinks and aquas.
I finished up another lampshade and it sits atop of a cute little terrier dog lamp. It is for sale in my antique mall at the moment but might list it in Etsy or Ebay. Poor little puppy gets lost under the fringe!

I was hoping to make a longer post here but I have customers coming into the store. Maybe I will add another one sooner than I have been!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Here is an add.....my business card holder I just finished tonite!! You can find it for sale here.

I'm lusting after that frame! If I didn't think hubby would buy a Harley in retaliation if I don't keep my promise to stay away from Ebay for a decent amount of time, I'd be on that like a momma poaching a Cabbage Patch doll circa Christmas 1984 at ToysRUs.
Does that tell you how much I love that frame?!?
Cute lamp too. Woman, you have a gift.

Michelle, these frames are 2DIE4. Great job. And I love the vintage photo inside the frame. That is what I would do with it too!

Really, really pretty!

Hi Michelle,
WOw those sparkly frames are fabulous! What a great idea! I have winter projects, but mostly they are related to clearing out the cupboards in the house, which never seems to be done for very long before they get full of junk again!

I don't think I'd get a thing done if I had to be at the store all day! I don't know how you do it. That frame is sooo lovely. And I love that doggie lamp. I want to go shopping so bad!! I promised to be good for a few weeks - ugh! Say, did you hear that we're supposed to be getting another big snow storm tonight? I'm in denial about it. Blessings... Polly

Gosh you are talented! Those things are great...I have trouble finding good old jewelry that is affordable. Like I never find any! I guess if I worked in a place then I could grab it as it came in...

Oh, your biz card holder is precious! Winter is great for projects, here in snowy North Idaho - with all the snow outside you can be nesting/working on projects without feeling guilty about being outside working on something! Love, Esther

I was looking at the March Romantic Homes and there's an article about vintage fashion plates. Reminded me of you because you used to have some on ebay (don't know if you still do). Hope you have a lovely weekend. Blessings... Polly
